      What are electronic cigarettes? Well if its not a real cigarette then its most likely safe.

      Someone who quit smoking should not start smoking again - tobacco cigarettes nor e-cigarettes.
      Please tell your friend to be proud of having quit and that there is no reason to pick-up any form of smoking again.
