Open Question: why do i get so nervous?
i get so nervous i think it really is a disease. i can’t stand up in front of anyone even my friends or a class room. i never really talk in front of my friends. i can’t stand up for myself because when i do my hearts starts beating real fast. when someone yells at me or confronts me about something. also my hearts starts beating real fast and then my stomach is in knots. i cant be around a lot of guys because of this. i can’t even say whats on my mind most the time. i keep everything to my self please help me.

Lindsey asked: I have quite a few of the symptoms like severe pain in my back when I stress it. Also, I’ll have pressure on my chest, throat, and stomach sometimes, it even becomes difficult to breathe. It almost feels like I’m being flattened by a large rock. I think that I may be at risk of getting heart disease, or I may have it already. Am I overreacting, or may I have (or be at risk of) heart disease?

3) Angina, heart failure and heart attack are caused by coronary heart disease
4) Angina, heart failure and heart attack are steps of coronary heart disease
If not then can anyone please explain to me how they are related. I have read my textbook and class notes and have googled it already and am still confused.
