Open Question: Waking up disoriented and fast heartbeat?
Sometimes I wake up not knowing where I am scared and with my heart beating fast. It takes 5 minutes or so to settle down. I don’t snore so I don’t think is sleeping apnea and I thought it might be c nocturnal panic attacks but don’t get panic attacks during the day I did years ago but not recently.
Has anybody ever experienced these episodes? Could be heart disease? Or a bad dream?

Association of idiotypic/anti-idiotypic antibody ratio with therapeutic response of IVIG in the prevention of recurrent autoimmune associated congenital heart block.
Arthritis Rheum. 2011 May 25;
Routsias JG, Kyriakidis NC, Friedman DM, Llanos C, Clancy R, Moutsopoulos HM, Buyon J, Tzioufas AG
OBJECTIVE: Congenital heart block, a manifestation of neonatal lupus (NL), is associated with maternal anti-Ro/SSA and anti-La/SSB autoantibodies and recurs in 18% of subsequent pregnancies. METHODS: Sixteen anti-Ro/SSA and anti-La/SSB positive mothers who previously gave birth to a child with NL completed the Preventive IVIG Therapy for Congenital Heart block study. Among them three mothers gave birth to a child with NL (2 CHB and 1 rash). Sequential sera were drawn from all mothers during pregnancy, immediately before the administration of IVIG and evaluated blindly for antibodies against the major B-cell epitope 349-364aa of La/SSB (Id), and its anti-idiotypic antibodies (anti-Id). RESULTS: Following IVIG, the serum titers of anti-La(349-364) (Id antibodies) decreased in 80% of the mothers and in 60% an increase of anti-Id antibodies against anti-La(349-364) was observed. Mothers whose offspring developed NL had a significantly higher Id/anti-Id ratio, compared to mothers who delivered a healthy child (p

Resolved Question: I have major anxiety and depression ?
I guess you could say that it’s on and off at times. I have been feeling really depressed lately. MOSTLY because i miss my brother, and i really want to go out with this girl but she doesn’t have very well cell phone service where she lives ( i have been to her house many times to confirm this XD ). But last night, that girl that really likes me and i like her, went next door to her friend Jamies house. I hung out with both of them all night and we watched movies…and just chilled. I got to hold her hand and have my very first kiss with her…had a really good time. Now I miss her , lmao. I know i’m probably being such a wussy by missing her already.
My brother lives 600 miles away, has no internet and no cell phone reception where he lives. He only gets service when he goes into town. I don’t talk to him much, but i’m going up there in 40 days.
I have major anxiety about my health, it all first started with breathing problems. I seriously convinced myslef that I had a collapsed lung. I seen 4 doctors about the problem and they all told me that it’s anxiety related. They checked my heart, my lungs and everything when I was at the ER having a major anxiety attack.
Then I was worrying about a broken collar bone, retinal detachment ( eye ), brain swelling, then heart disease, and now back to my breathing and eyes. I just don’t know what to do. I feel really depressed right now, and don’t have anyone to talk to at this time of night. I just can’t stop freaking out about eye problems, my heart and lungs. It feels like I can’t get enough air and when i breathe deep feels like i barely breathe in. I’m having a hard time focusing. I might have an ear infection because I have pressure and little to no pain on and off at times. Nothing really helps my ears. I always worry about the most fatal illnessess I can find out about that have my symptoms, i don’t know why.
Can someone help me out here, ? I DO NOT want Medication for my problems . I’m a 14 year old male.
Thank you.
-sorry if it was long

Open Question: can someone help me with this literacy devices?
1) “This island’s mine, by sycorax my mother, Which thou tak’st from me. When though cam’st first, Though strok’st me and make me much of me, wouldst give me… For I am all the subjects that you have, which first was mine own king; and here you sty me in this hard rock, whiles you do keep from me the rest o’th’island”
2) “I must obey. His art of such power it would control my dam’s god, Stebos and make a bassal of him”
3)”All the infections that the sun sucks up
From bogs, fens, flats, on Prosper fall and make him
By inchmeal a disease! His spirits hear me
And yet I needs must curse. But they’ll nor pinch,
Fright me with urchin-shows, pitch me i’ th’ mire,
Nor lead me like a firebrand in the dark
Out of my way, unless he bid ‘em. But
For every trifle are they set upon me,
Sometime like apes that mow and chatter at me,
And after bite me, then like hedgehogs which
Lie tumbling in my barefoot way and mount
Their pricks at my footfall. Sometime am I
All wound with adders who with cloven tongues
Do hiss me into madness.”
4) “For quiet days, fair issue, and long life,
With such love as ’tis now, the murkiest den,
The most opportune place, the strong’st suggestion,
Our worser genius can shall never melt
Mine honor into lust to take away
The edge of that day’s celebration
When I shall think, or Phoebus’ steeds are foundered,
Or night kept chained below.”
5) “Thou most lying slave,
Whom stripes may move, not kindness! I have used thee,
Filth as thou art, with human care, and lodged thee
In mine own cell till thou didst seek to violate
The honor of my child.
You liar, you respond better to the whip than to kindness! I took good care of you—piece of filth that you are—and let you stay in my own hut until you tried to rape my daughter.
Oh ho, oh ho! Would ’t had been done!
Thou didst prevent me. I had peopled else
This isle with Calibans.”
6) “I warrant you sir, the white cold virgin snow upon my heart abates the ardor of my liver”
7) “I prithee, Remember I have doe thee worthily service, told thee no lies, made thee no mistakings, served without grudge or grumblings. Thou did promise to bate me a full year”
” Dull thing, I say so. He, that Caliban
Whom now I keep in service. Thou best know’st
What torment I did find thee in. Thy groans
Of ever angry bears. It was a torment
Did make wolves howl and penetrate the breasts
To lay upon the damned, which Sycorax
Could not again undo. It was mine art,
When I arrived and heard thee, that made gape
The pine and let thee out.”
If you could help me with my lit. devices it could help with my homework. Thank you so much
