According to some reputable nutritional researchers, 98% of the cases of heart disease could be prevented and even reversed by serious changes to diet and exercise. I’ve read the studies (demographic & human & animal research) going back at much as 30 years. Do you believe this is possible?

Nutrition is the key to many health issues. Reading many studies on homocysteine (amino acid in the blood) opened my eyes to the cholesterol myth. It was discovered that children who suffered from homocysterinua (genetic condition causing high homocysteine levels from birth) were having heart attacks and strokes before the age of 10. Their hearts looked like a 60 year old on autopsy.
Homocysteine levels are high from poor lifestyle choices and poor diet but especially from vitamin B6, B12 and folate deficiency. And from personal experience my chest pain went away from taking vitamin B12. My own mothers chest pain and many episodes of angina pain went away with mega doses of vitamin B. This amino acid is the crystal ball of life expectancy. That it is not well known is because it makes no money but cholesterol lowering drugs do.

For most heart problems can be avoided as possibly with diet and exercise hypertension atherosclerosis anything that is possible you can reduce your risk for most heart problems can be.
