Open Question: Should my girlfriend do the stress test?

My g/f had pulled the muscles from her sterumn in her chest back in Dec. of last year. She’s had this before few years ago and had to take trigger point injections and antinflammotires meds. Long story short , I took her to ER in Dec with her chest sore and muscle was spasming. They did EKG and a ECHO on her heart as well, both came back fine and showed nothing. Did her cardiac enyzmes as well, they were negitive, chest xray negiative as well. But now doctor wants her to do a stress test just because her brother and dad have had a heart attack, brother has Kawasaki disease and dad was born with aorta only having two ports in the top instead of three and never knew it, and he also doesn’t eat right, neither of them do. But my g/f she eats right 90% of the time, and she works out at least 6days a week as well. So I am wondering why it seems to me they are condemning her cause her brother and dad, when she’s fine. Sounds like the doctor wants to make some easy money. We already owe him almost 500 bucks. I could see it if she really needed and had issues. She just seen him again in his office for another follow up visit and did another ekg and it came back fine too. So what do any of you guys think, should she still have the test done? Thanks for the advice!
