Have you ever seen a heart attack. If yes is it scary. I faked one in front of my mom once and it scared the daylights out of here.

Sometimes people have heart attacks and don’t even know it. Women especially present with atypical symptoms. However, common symptoms of a heart attack are chest pain, tightness or heaviness. It often radiates to the left arm, shoulder or jaw. Also, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating and anxiety. I am a nurse and have seen many people having heart attacks. They aren’t as dramatic as seen on TV, but they are very serious and scary. It is even scarier when somebody has one and didn’t have any symptoms.
