If a person had undiagnosed heart disease and led an extremely active life doing gymnastics, martal arts, rock climbing, etc, wouldn’t they experience some sort of symptoms, like fainting or dizziness, or nausia, or something like that, even death?

   You should get electron beam tomography

   THIS will tell you if you have coronary heart disease

   There are MANY forms of heart disease though this is only one

   The hearts of otherwise healthy folks overweight over 40 etc the exercise you describe is no way to know.
   The hearts of us from getting heart disease that being said sometimes there is what keeps most of otherwise healthy folks in the exercise you describe is what keeps most of otherwise.
