Open Question: Can anyone name this disease? Something to do with the lungs.?

I caught what i thought was the flu about 2 weeks ago. now i have a cough that wont go away, it not that I cough a lot but when i lay down i feel like coughing. I had chest soreness which started on my left side a week after i got sick now it is more than 2 weeks and the soreness is spreading to my right side. I am pretty sure it noting to do with my heart because i was able to do physical activity with no symptoms. I don’t have insurance so i can not afford to go to the doctor. I don’t feel sick, just the cough and chest soreness that worries me. Can Anyone help me out here in finding out what this is?
