What are the chances i will get a heart attack from this?

First of all when i run a short distance my heart pounds out of my chest and i feel light headed. But the issue here is, I get panic attacks, my hands shake my mouth dries out i get scared and my heart beats SO FAST. I feel like im gunna faint or die. What are the chances i will get a heart attack and die from this?

      first of all, go see a doctor asap and have him/her evaluate what’s going on through your mind and body. hope it’s not serious
