Avoidance of fat and oils in the diet may help the prevention of heart disease and diabetes. Tobacco smoking, alcoholism, Hepatitis B Virus and Human papilloma virus are implicated as the cause of cancer. Fast food is considered as junk food and it may cause obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
